Ellise Rhoades is an Executive Assistant at Lightyear Capital. Prior to joining Lightyear in 2017, she was a marine mammal trainer with dolphins, walruses, polar bears, and sea lions as well as leading the penguin breeding program at the Indianapolis Zoo.

Ms. Rhoades holds a BA in Biology from Augustana College.
