Jon Walters is an Associate at Lightyear Capital. He helps evaluate and execute new deals and also helps monitor Lightyear Capital's investment in BakerCorp.
Prior to joining Lightyear Capital in July 2009, Mr. Walters worked at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group, where he worked on various mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital raises. Mr. Walters began his career at Barclays Capital in Energy Investment Banking.
Mr. Walters received his B.S. in Business Administration with dual concentrations in finance and accounting from Georgetown University.
